Founded by visionary leader, Georgia Lobban, who has built a career spanning both consulting and commercial leadership within the hospitality industry.
Georgia began her entrepreneurial journey by founding and managing Village Consultants (2008–2018), a boutique consulting agency dedicated to helping hospitality organizations achieve their most ambitious objectives. Through this work, she advised a diverse portfolio of clients including IHG Hotels & Resorts, Sonesta International Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Davies Hospitality, and independent call center organizations. Her impact has consistently centered on driving measurable outcomes — scaling revenue, strengthening strategic partnerships, and developing high-performing, customer-focused teams.Following her consulting tenure, Georgia transitioned into senior commercial leadership roles within global hospitality organizations, where she continued to build on this foundation — leading large-scale revenue strategies, optimizing account management functions, and creating structure that turns relationships into sustained business growth.Georgia is known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity and translate strategy into execution. Her work sits at the intersection of insight and results, helping organizations and individuals not only define what’s next, but build it with intention. As an advocate for the independent consultant, she believes the future of the industry will increasingly be shaped by experienced operators choosing to build, advise, and lead on their own terms.Hospitality Consultants Circle is a natural extension of that work — created to support experienced hospitality leaders as they step into consulting or scale independent practices with greater confidence, credibility, and connection.
